For Україна②

先日よりウクライナへの募金活動を開始しました。

今回は発案生徒から活動に至った思いをご紹介したいと思います。

※ウクライナ語で挑戦してみましたが・・・英文での作成になったことをご容赦ください。

The reason we started activity was anything we could do for Ukraine. Two months ago, the war between Russia and Ukraine started. Recently, We saw a lot of news about children of Ukraine. We know that 7.5 million children are suffering through TV. We wanted to do something for them, and we started preparing for fund-raising activities from April 2nd.

For the charity, we went to police office to start it and wrote posters. At first, we were nervous , but we were able to speak in a loud voice gradually. As a result, people of all ages have cooperated in our activities. When we saw person cooperate fund raising activity for the first time, we feel very impressed. There're many people who stand up for us. It makes them so happy, and we can't help saying thank them enough. We really appreciate it. "Take an action for someone. " There are not a lot of chance to help them in our lives, so we want to do what we can do now. We will continue doing that. We are grateful if you support us. Thank you for your cooperation!!

今回の活動のきっかけは約二ヶ月前、ロシアとウクライナの戦争が始まり、日本にいるわたしたちに何かできることはないだろうかという思いで始めました。差し迫った脅威にさらされ続ける750万人の子供たちの姿をニュースでみて、何も出来ず後悔するなら、誰かのために自分から動きたい。という気持ちを胸に、募金活動をしようと決めたのがきっかけでした。

私たちは、4月2日から募金活動の準備を始め、警察署に届けに行ったり、ポスターを書いたりして4月25日に募金活動を始めることができました。

最初の声出しは勇気が入り緊張したりしたけど、徐々に大きな声で呼びかけることができ、幅広い年代の方々がわたしたちの活動に協力してくださりました。

初めて募金に協力してくれた方を見た時は、応援してくれる人がいると知って、嬉しくて泣きそうになり感謝でいっぱいになりました。

『誰かのために何かアクションを起こす。』そこで生まれた感情は頻繁に感じられるものではなく、特別感のあるものだと感じました。
